Radio...

I am really not a huge fan of the radio, I feel as though all of the stations have commercials at the same time. It's a pain and I usually stick to my ipod. However, there are somedays, like today where I am too lazy to reach into my bag and connect my ipod and skip through my 'soundtrack to life' playlist. So I flip from channel to channel hoping to find something good and guess what? I found 2 new songs that are amazing!

First,
perfect.

Second,
Nothing better than some good Rascal Flatts break up songs.

So thank you radio for giving me some entertainment instead of constant frustration.

Guess what else?

School starts on Monday and I am feeling so unprepared. I can't believe the summer is already over. I have been wishing for one more beach trip before school starts think its possible? Me either. Bother.

School is expensive. Not only is there monthly rent that needs to be paid along with gas and groceries. Now tack on books, tuition, supplies and I am officially moneyless. Not like that is anything new ;)

Allison moved back in :) Crazy to have her back, can't wait for Tanecey to move in!

We have a wireless router that might actually work, that in and of itself is an incredible miracle.

Tomorrow, Center Street, John Allred, Free. Pretty excited.

Lacrosse started today, its gonna be a crazy season but I'm excited. My stick is getting pretty hammered though, poor thing.

I think that is all sorry I know very random but a lot has happened in the last few days so lastly one more song that I can't get enough of

I'm pretty sure music is better than my own words....

I love to see the Temple...

I'm going there someday

Palmyra Temple

New York City Temple
Draper Temple
Jordan River Temple

St. George Temple (Visitor Center)

For the temple is the house of God, a place of Love and Beauty.

There is nothing better than the temple. It has the ability to lift your spirits and bring a calming influence in your life. Every time I go to the temple I am able to put my cares aside and focus on what is important in life.

I have always loved the temple. Even before I could go in at all it was still a place of refuge. When they were building the Draper Temple. I would often drive up there if I was having a bad day or just needed to get away for awhile. It is probably easy to guess that I now have a special relationship with the Draper Temple because it was a special place for me before it was even completed.

I am also grateful for the temple workers. I have many friends and family members that have the opportunity to work in the temple. Regardless of what they are called to do they make a huge difference in the experience of the temple and I cannot express enough gratitude to them for the spirit they provide.

I look forward to the day when I am able to go through the temple and I know that the temple will always be a significant blessing in my life.

I'll prepare myself while I am young, this is my sacred duty

You put your arms around me and I'm home...

Today was one of these days

I think I belong in a place where this is how it is...

Isn't it funny how everything that could go wrong does go wrong in the same day. It's not like it can be spread out over a couple of days so you're able to rest and recover before the next thing happens. Nope, it all comes at the same time and you feel as if you will not make it.
Today was totally one of those days. I'm just hoping for a better one tomorrow.

Yes, infact I do...

listen to Christmas songs randomly in the middle of the summer. I don't care what time of year it is but when a song comes on from Josh Groban's Christmas CD you listen to it. The thing is Christmas songs bring me cheer all year around and I will never get tired of feeling that special spirit they bring!

Speaking of Josh Groban, Jake and I had the amazing opportunity to go to his concert this weekend. Let me tell you, he is BETTER live. Who knew that was even possible? Not me!
Needless to say my love has been refound (hence the Christmas songs)
Of course I didn't take my camera so there are no pictures...sorry!
