I coach the Girl's newly made Varsity Lacrosse team, for American Fork High School. This is a brand new program and the girls are learning quickly. This week we had a scrimmage against the #2 team in the state. The girls played hard and considering it was their first game didn't do too bad (we realized lots of things we needed to work on, but that's what first games are for!) This week we have another scrimmage on Wednesday and then a Tournament on Saturday. I'm really looking forward to them because I know our girls will do great! I love coaching lacrosse! It's the only way I get my lacrosse fix and it is so fun to be a part of a team again. It is definitely strange claiming I'm from American Fork High School instead of Alta, it might take quite awhile to get used to cheering for the Cavemen instead of the Hawks. But, I am so glad I get to do this it is so much fun! Good luck to my team, I bet we'll have a great season!

Good Week for TV....
The Olympics are wonderful and great but after two weeks of delaying my shows I'm ready for all new shows this week! (As much as it sounds like it I don't sit around watching TV all day just love my shows! )
Starting tonight with Jerry Seinfeld's new show, Marriage Ref. Looks really funny can't wait to watch it after the closing cerimonies
Next, one of my all time favorites, The Biggest Loser! Finally after two weeks of a cliff hanger we can find out who gets sent home!!
The problem with living away from home and not having the luxury of recording shows is that a new favorite of ours, Southland is on during Biggest Loser. Thank goodness for the internet! This week is a Season Premeire on TBS and looks very intense!

I love Gilmore Girls so when I saw the commercial for this new series I instantly knew I wanted to watch it. Hopefully it's as good as the previews say it might become a new favorite :)

Happy Valentine's Day
Free Nachos...Good Movies....
The last couple of weekends have been movie weekends the three we've seen are: Dear John, When in Rome, and Valentine's Day. All three of them were great! When in Rome is cute and funny a great Romantic Comedy. Dear John is a very sad chick flick, I had read the book and really wanted to see it (John loved it until the end and he vows its the worst movie ever so beware it is sad!). Valentine's Day is really funny, of course, it had it's naughty moments but all in all it was pretty good! So many chick flicks coming out...now it's time for some good action packed movies!! :)
One morning I woke up and opened my window and across the way on another window was a note it read, "HELP! Brigham Young is holding me captive!" It was extremely hilarious, then to add a couple days later another note was posted reading, "My only hope for escape is Holy Matrimony please find me a man with a ring who is willing to bust me outta here!" Either this girl is so desperate to get married or she needs to get out of her housing contract which can only done by getting married or going on a mission. Only at BYU!
Alli and I have been looking forward to this day for a long time...the Housing Fair. This might seem odd to the untrained eye but two words...free stuff....of course the bonus of actually finding a place to live is another thing but we got free candy, water bottle, key chain, nachos, and popcorn. Of course, we went both days because when you're in college free food is free food!

College Life...
The First...
I never thought that my life was exciting enough to blog about but I have since justified that it might be a benefit for myself atleast, so here goes. :)
I might as well start of with an intro....I am a freshman at BYU majoring in Marriage and Family Life Sciences. I coach American Fork girls lacrosse and love getting my lacrosse fix through those girls. My days consist primarily of school, lacrosse, and homework...and occasionally sleeping and eating. (Hence why I hope my blog isn't terribly boring!)
Well that's all I can think of for now...next post will have pictures and actual daily happenings I pinky promise :)
